The chalet hot tubs are unsupervised and all guests intending to use the facilities are required to read the following Information. By signing this form, you accept the following points for all guests listed.<\/p>\n

A hot tub is a great place to soak away after a day on the mountain. However, it is a technical piece of equipment being used in an extreme [cold] environment and needs extra care when using it, otherwise it will break and be out of action for your week.<\/p>\n

Hot tubs can also be dangerous if our simple rules are not adhered to, mainly with the potential for spread of infectious diseases. By signing this form, you accept to follow our rules (below) and the following points for yourself and any children under 18, listed below:<\/p>\n

  1. I accept that the use of the Hot tub located at the property named below* (hereafter referred to as \u2018the hot tub\u2019) by myself or persons under my supervision shall at all times be entirely and solely at my\/their own risk and I\/we shall take reasonable care and abide by the Hot tub usage rules of iGOSKI Ltd, including any instructions given to me by staff or representatives of the Tour Operator.<\/li>\n
  2. I acknowledge and accept that the hot tub or staff, supervisors or representatives of the Tour Operator shall, to the extent of the permitted law, have no liability whatsoever for loss, damage, or personal injury of any kind suffered or incurred by me and\/or any person under my supervision in respect of or in any way connected with the use of the pool, the changing facilities or the surrounding area.<\/li>\n
  3. I hereby indemnify the persons referred to in clause 2 above in respect of all liability, claim, cost, expense, charges, loss and\/or damage whatsoever arising in respect of or in any way connected with the use of the Hot tub or the surrounding area by me or any person under my supervision apart from claims for death or bodily injury arising through the negligence of iGOSKI Ltd or its servants or agents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This form must be signed by a Parent or Guardian of children (under 18) who intend to use the Hot tub. Guests over 18 must complete a form in their own name.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
