Staff day off in Chalets

Staff have one full day off and two additional mornings where they are not present at breakfast

  • For the full day off, breakfast will still be provided (continental) and guests will self serve. A member of staff will be in later to help clear up. For the evening meal you will have to visit a restaurant in resort.
  • For the two mornings off, breakfast will still be provided (continental) and guests will self serve. A member of staff will be in later to help clear up. Staff will return for evening service

Cleaning in Chalets

We ask our guests to help with keeping chalets clean. To bring indoor shoes or slippers and to help our hardworking staff where they can. We have an uphill job to keep chalets clean and to fit with working time regulations in France we clean the essential areas on a daily basis and ensuite bathrooms once a week. Public areas and public bathrooms/WC’s are cleaned daily, except staff full day off. Your bedroom and its ensuite bathroom will be deep cleaned for your arrival and then the ensuite bathroom will be cleaned once a week (midweek) and the bins emptied.
