Swimming Pool, Hot Tub & Sauna
Rules & Disclaimer

Your chalet or hotel may include some, or all these facilities. To ensure safety, comfort, and proper maintenance, all guests must follow the rules below. Use of these facilities is strictly at your own risk. Failure to comply may result in closure of the facility and/or additional charges.

HOT TUB RULES

Health & Safety

  • Only use hot tubs within the specified opening times
  • Do not use if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, or are under medical supervision — unless approved by a doctor.
  • No one under 12 years old is permitted in the hot tub. Ages 12–16 require adult supervision at all times.
  • Do not use after alcohol or recreational drug consumption — this is dangerous and strictly prohibited.
  • No diving, jumping, or submerging your head underwater.
  • Recommended soak time: max 15 minutes, followed by a cooling break.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

  • Shower before entering to remove lotions, oils, deodorants, fake tan, or makeup. These dirty the water and damage the filtration system.
  • No glass, drink, or food in or around the hot tub — only plastic cups allowed.
  • Do NOT add any soaps, oils, bubble bath, or chemicals.
  • Improper use leading to dirty water may result in draining & cleaning charges and premature closure of the facility for your week.

General Use

  • Do not exceed maximum occupancy of persons.
  • Replace and secure the hot tub cover after each use, being careful not to drag or bend the cover.
  • Hot tub may be unavailable for maintenance, chemical treatment, or safety reasons.

SAUNA RULES

Health & Safety

  • Only use saunas within the specified opening times
  • Always switch OFF the sauna after use
  • Be vigilant of strange smells, smoke or noises and switch OFF immediately if sauna is not functioning correctly.
  • Do not use the sauna if pregnant, under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or with medical conditions (heart disease, respiratory problems, circulatory issues) unless medically approved.
  • Children under 16 must be supervised.
  • Maximum recommended session: 10–15 minutes per cycle.
  • Never pour water on electrical components or excessive amounts on sauna stones.

Hygiene & Use

  • Shower before use and sit on a towel inside the sauna for hygiene.
  • No shoes, food, or drinks in the sauna.
  • Do not use oils, lotions, or creams in the sauna.
  • Avoid touching heaters or sauna stones — they are extremely hot.
  • Do not leave anything in sauna, especially combustible items.
  • Keep the door properly closed to maintain heat.
  • Do not hang clothes or towels inside the sauna to dry.

POOL RULES

General Rules

  • Only use pools within the specified opening times
  • No lifeguard on duty – use the pool at your own risk.
  • Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • No running, pushing, diving, or rough play around the pool area.
  • No glass, bottles, or breakable items poolside – only plastic drinks containers permitted.
  • No food, smoking, or alcohol in or around the pool.

Health & Hygiene Rules

  • Shower before entering the pool.
  • No fake tan, oils, lotions, makeup, or creams that can damage water quality or filtration.
  • Do not enter the pool if you have open wounds, infections, diarrhea, or any contagious illness.
  • Babies and toddlers must wear approved swim nappies (no regular diapers).
  • Anyone who is pregnant, has heart issues, asthma, epilepsy, or medical conditions should seek medical advice before swimming.

Safety Rules

  • No diving – shallow water risk of serious injury.
  • No electrical devices near the pool.
  • Keep pool gates closed (if enclosed).
  • Avoid swimming alone or at night without proper lighting.
  • Use pool steps or ladders carefully.

  • Guests use the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna entirely at their own risk.
  • Guests acknowledge the potential risks, including dehydration, burns, slips, illness, allergic reaction to chemicals, or injury.
  • Alpine Elements (iGOSKI ltd)  assumes no responsibility for injuries, illness, damages, or accidents resulting from the use or misuse of these facilities.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or structures due to improper use or failure to follow rules.
  • Improper use of either facility may lead to cleaning charges and/or premature closure of the facility for your week.
  • By using these facilities and entering the pool area, guests accept all risks and agree to comply with all rules and conditions.
