All guests will need to fill in a hot tub disclaimer before they use the chalet hot tub facilities.
A hot tub is a great place to soak away after a day on the mountain. However, it is a technical piece of equipment being used in an extreme [cold] environment and needs extra care when using it, otherwise it will break and be out of action for your week.
Hot tubs can also be dangerous if our simple rules are not adhered to, mainly with the potential for spread of infectious diseases. By signing this form, you accept to follow our rules (below) and the following points for yourself and any children under 18, listed below:
This form must be signed by a Parent or Guardian of children (under 18) who intend to use the Hot tub. Guests over 18 must complete a form in their own name.
Chalet Hot Tub Rules
The Hot tub / Jacuzzi is open every day except Saturday: 1630hrs to 1900 hrs (winter).
Drinking alcohol in a hot tub can be dangerous. A hot tub causes your blood vessels to dilate which in turn will cause your blood pressure to rise. This means that alcohol will get into your bloodstream faster and have a greater effect on you than normal.
The hot tub requires daily testing and chemical treatment. It is usually done mid-morning to ensure the hot tub is then perfect for the evening. We cannot be held responsible for your safety whilst you are using the hot tub.
