Ski Extras for a very competitive price. Buying your lift passes from us means we deliver them straight to you; and they will be the same price as the Lift Office. We do not mark-up our prices to you!

If you buy your ski & board hire from us we can guarantee you a discounted price which is up to 25% off the in-store price and from the Skiset shop closest to your accommodation.

We also provide our On the Snow service which gives you help and assistance in resort.

Our 'On the Snow' Service

Lift pass
We deliver lift passes straight to your chalet or hotel when you arrive. We will also help with lost/stolen* and other general lift pass queries throughout your week.

Ski / Board hire
Book your skis and boards through us, with Skiset at cheaper than public prices. We’ll make sure it’s to the Skiset shop closest to your accommodation so you don’t have to traipse around resort looking for your hire shop.

Ski and Board Lessons
We will help you to book lessons directly with our ‘tried and tested’ ski and board schools. We know where they meet and how they operate which can be a great help, because even finding your ski school meeting point on the first morning can be daunting! We also help to assure the quality of lessons is as good as it can be, by using trusted suppliers with whom we have a long relationship.

How to book Extras

All our Extras can be booked on-line via our MyHoliday Client Area after you have made your initial holiday reservation. Or, you can contact our sales team for a quote and have them added to your Holiday Booking after you have booked your main holiday reservation and you don’t need to pay anything until later. You can make changes to your Extras order, any time up until two weeks before departure; and you can pay at any time up to two weeks before departure.

Extras Cancellations

We don’t charge for cancellations or amendments to lift passes or ski and board hire, right up until two weeks prior to departure, so you can change your mind as often as you like and use this Client Area to update the Extras order on your booking. However, If you wish to completely cancel any item on your order within two weeks of your departure date then an admin fee of £30 per person may apply, (per equipment or lift pass). However if you wish to change the order to an alternative equipment pack or lift pass, there will be no extra charge.

Alpine Elements Virtual Reps

Our On the Snow service is managed by your Alpine Elements Virtual Rep or Concierge: an office-based rep that you can call or email with any queries you may have. We feel this works better than having a ‘rep-in-person’ as an office-based rep can give you more support and quicker results.

*Lost or stolen passes cannot always be replaced, the individual Lift Pass Office terms will always apply

Third party suppliers for your Extras

The third party suppliers we use, or recommend are entirely independent of us and their terms and conditions will apply, (copies of which can be sent to you on request). As such, the ski & board hire, lift passes, lessons & excursions do not form any part of your contract with us, and do not constitute a ‘package’ and accordingly, the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 do not apply to them, even where we endorse or recommend a particular operator/third party and/or assist you in booking such extras, activities or excursions.
