Our E-bikes are in high demand and although you get a free half day taster in Tignes (Hotel Tetras), if you are keen to rent subsequent days – then please discuss this on your pre departure call with your Rep. Reserve a Mtn bike

Reserve a Mtn Bike for the week

All our hotel guests in Morzine and Tignes will be able to pick up a bike from our hotel racks each time they would like to use one. Workshops are normally open between 9.30 & 5pm (with a break for lunch). We don’t often experience issues with bike availability and normally there are plenty to go around, but there may be a slight wait in busy periods.

As a hotel guest, you may Reserve a Bike all week, with the settings unchanged, just for you to use. This means that you won’t have to have a fresh one fitted each day and there will be no risk of waiting. We call this our Reserve a Bike Upgrade, although it’s the same bike as our free-use bikes – it’s just reserved to you for the week.

Reserve a Road bike

Reserve a Road Bike for the week

Road bikes are limited in our free-use bike fleet, so if you are hoping to use one for more than a day then why not consider reserving one for the week? That way, you’ll have your name on it (it’s yours!) and you can ride as much as you want. Please book as far in advance as you can and you can because road bikes are very limited.

If you just want to use one for a day then do contact our Active team on arrival or mention this to our reps on your pre-departure call and we will see if we have availability to reserve one for a day.

How to Book A Mountain or Road bike for the week

Pre-book using your Client Area or by contacting our sales team . We suggest you ‘Reserve a Bike’ before you travel and as soon as you can for Road Bikes as they are limited. We cannot make refunds if you decide not to make use of your reserved bike on arrival. The cost to reserve a bike for the week is £89.00.

E Bikes

Discuss E Bike rental with the Rep on your pre departure call.
Our E-bikes are available in both resorts, based at our main hotel workshops ( but our stock is limited). Chalet guests can book a hire package and pick up their bike from our nearest hotel when they arrive. On your pre departure call the Reps will run through what options are available to you.
