If you have pre-booked a Complimentary or Low Cost Transfer with us then you can use the information below to help you meet our reps and transfer bus when you arrive in Geneva. Please note, some flights may land in Terminal 2. In this instance, you will need to make your way to Terminal 1 to meet our Airport rep or driver.
After clearing passport control and collecting your luggage, make your way to the arrivals hall.Your Alpine Elements representative will be to your right by pillar C in the centre of the hall, directly opposite HYGGE café.
If you’ve travelled with us before, our meeting point has changed due to the arrivals hall currently under renovation with the Visitors Centre and Currency XE point no longer in situ.
The team will be easy to spot in red branded polo shirts holding alpine elements clipboards. you can find them at the meeting point up to 1hr before departure
Terminal 1 passengers will enter the Arrivals hall after collecting bags. If there is no Alpine Elements rep visible, or you are early, please head to the “Meeting Point” sign which is in the main Arrivals hall to the right after you leave the baggage hall.
If you arrive in Terminal 2, exit the Terminal 2 building and once outside walk through the carpark to the main road. Turn left and walk down the road for 5 mins (there is a wide pavement with designated walk and cycle lane). When you get to the car rental section inside terminal 1, continue past the car rental desks and into the main arrival’s terminal and to the ‘Meeting Point’ sign in the main Arrivals hall. Any Geneva airport staff member will be able to guide you to Terminal 1.
Our Airport Rep’s Emergency phone will be on throughout the day.
As a second point of contact, your leader should have received a pre-departure call. Please keep a hold of their number in case of any issues with your transfer or delays on the day.
We will also monitor [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses.
Our transfers are reserved for Alpine Elements and iGOSKI guests only and they are limited in supply. To board a coach, your rep may ask for proof of your booking (your group leader’s Confirmation Invoice). We may not be able to transfer any ‘additional party members’ if they are not pre-booked and shown on your leader’s Confirmation Invoice.
