Parking is free for up to 2 cars in chalet grounds.

Your host will be available:

Breakfast 8am to 9.30am
Afternoon Tea from 4pm 
Dinner 6.30pm to 9pm (except staff night off)

They will have one full day off and two mornings off (when breakfast is available on a ‘self-serve’ basis). On their one full day off, there is no evening meal so you are free to explore the local restaurants.

Your host is there to cook and clean the chalet public areas, and they will clean your bedrooms’ ensuite bathroom one day a week (midweek). We expect our guests to help keep the chalet clean and tidy so that our hardworking staff can come and do their job, without restrictions each day.

  • Staff full day off is Thursday (breakfast self-serve, no evening meal)
  • Staff morning off Tuesday & Friday (breakfast self-serve, afternoon tea & evening meal as normal)
  • Staff morning rota (guide) 7.30am to 9.30am
  • Staff evening rota (guide) 5.30pm to 9.30pm

Public areas and public bathrooms/WC’s are cleaned daily, except staff full day off. Your bedroom and its ensuite bathroom will be deep cleaned for your arrival and then the ensuite bathroom will be cleaned once a week (midweek) and the bins emptied.

  • Hot Tub opening times:
    16:30-19:00, Sunday to Friday inclusive 
  • Closed on Saturday (changeover day).
  • All guests must complete the facilities disclaimer on the Holiday Registration form before using the facilities

Buses run regularly from near to the chalet every 30 mins with a break at lunch until 8pm. 
Getting around from the chalet (especially with a bike) is quite easy so a bus is really only useful for visiting Lac Montriond or Les Gets.

Our Free-use Bike hire and workshops run from our main hotels: Tetras Lodge,  Hermine Blanche and Philibert. If you are staying in a Morzine chalet your bikes will be dropped off at the chalet but for any maintenance work or checks you would need to go to the Hotel Philibert.
