I accept that the use of the Hotel Philibert Swimming Pool by myself or persons under my supervision shall at all times be entirely and solely at my/their own risk and I/we shall take reasonable care and abide by the rules of Hotel Philibert including any instructions given to me by hotel staff or representatives of the Tour Operator.I acknowledge and accept that the Hotel Philibert Swimming Pool and the hotel staff, pool supervisors or representatives of the Tour Operator shall, to the extent of the permitted law, have no liability whatsoever for loss, damage, or personal injury of any kind suffered or incurred by me and/or any person under my supervision in respect of or in any way connected with the use of the pool, the changing facilities or the surrounding area.I hereby indemnify the persons referred to in clause 2 above in respect of all liability, claim, cost, expense, charges, loss and/or damage whatsoever arising in respect of or in any way connected with the use of the Hotel Philibert Pool, the changing facilities or the surrounding area by me or any person under my supervision apart from claims for death or bodily injury arising through the negligence of Hotel Philibert Swimming Pool or its servants or agents.
This form must be signed by a Parent or Guardian of children (under 18) who intend to use the Hotel Philibert Swimming Pool. Visitors over the age of 18 will need to complete a form in their own name.
Hotel Swimming Pool Rules
The Pool area is open daily from 15:30 to 19:00 (summer); 16:30 to 19:00 (winter)
Guests use these pool and spa facilities at their own risk. The Hotel or Tour Operator will not be held responsible for any injuries whilst using the facilities.
Hot Tub Rules
Hot tub: open every day except Saturday from 16:30 to 19:00 (winter).
Drinking alcohol in a hot tub can be dangerous. A hot tub causes your blood vessels to dilate which in turn will cause your blood pressure to rise. This means that alcohol will get into your bloodstream faster and have a greater effect on you than normal.
The hot tub requires daily testing and chemical treatment. It is usually done mid-morning to ensure the hot tub is then perfect for the evening. We cannot be held responsible for your safety whilst you are using the hot tub.
