Parking is free in the bottom car park which is right outside the Charmant and Toubkal. There are normally always free spaces. If not, the top carpark is available (top of the steps) but a fee may apply.

• Staff night off will be Wednesday (apart from Xmas, 20th Dec and New Year, 27th Dec holiday dates where it will be a Tuesday)
• Breakfast: 07:30 (daily)
• Afternoon Tea: available from 16:00 (daily)
• Dinner: 19:30  (except staff night off)

Public areas and public bathrooms/WC’s are cleaned daily, except staff full day off. Your bedroom and its ensuite bathroom will be deep cleaned for your arrival and then the ensuite bathroom will be cleaned once a week (midweek) and the bins emptied.
