As with our chalets, (regarding the changes in French working regulations), we have worked hard to retain our core offering of 6 nights evening meals rather than limiting to 5 nights as many Tour Operators and hoteliers have done. For this reason… 

For one ‘half day’ a week (normally a Tuesday) our  hotels are not fully staffed for the afternoon or evening. Our kitchens and restaurants are closed and so guests will explore the local restaurants for this one evening. Hotel services will run as normal during the day, to include breakfast (continental buffet), and we still provide Afternoon tea. It is just the evening meal that is not provided, and the bar is closed. 

* For Christmas week 23/12-30/12 staff night off will be Thursday

• Breakfast: 07:45 – 09:15 (daily)
• Afternoon Tea: available from 16:00
• Dinner: 18:30 – 20:00 (except Tuesday)

With the constant movement of people in and out of our chalets and hotels it is an uphill task to keep the accommodation and particularly the floors clean.   

We ask that you bring indoor shoes or slippers to help keep things nice and tidy 

Public areas and public bathrooms/WC’s are cleaned daily. Your bedroom will be deep cleaned for your arrival and then we provide daily cleaning 5 times a week with towels changed mid-week in line with our hotel policy. Your bedroom will not be cleaned on staff day off, (normally a Tuesday).

Ski slopes, lifts, shops & bars
The Hermine sits on the most desirable ‘sunny side’ of Morzine, which, (yes you’ve guessed it!), enjoys sunshine all day and direct views of the Pleney ski slopes in the distance. The views are best enjoyed from our indoor/outdoor swimming pool – which is great in the snow.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the suspension bridge which accesses the shops, bars or the popular Super Morzine cable car for immediate access to the best skiing in the area. Our guests love its closeness to the action, as well as the fact that it’s slightly removed from the bustle of Morzine centre
