Morzine | Les Gets | Tignes
Via Ferrata
A popular variation on rock climbing which involves climbing and moving along pre-laid routes, up ladders on rock faces and along high-mountain footpaths using rungs, pegs, ropes and other fixed climbing aids. This activity is included with our Adventure Pack Upgrade.

What to wear/bring
Suitable walking shoes / trainers for climbing, long trousers to save scraping knees!
The centre will provide a helmet, harness and all other safety aids.

The journey time to the activity is around 30 mins by minibus. All transport included.
If conditions are wet / slippery, the activity may not run and an alternative offered.
How to book
You can book it individually with our Active Reps at your Welcome Meeting; or with hotel reception or by calling your Active rep (number on chalet & hotel notice boards).
How do I find the activity?
Morzine: The minibus is included and will depart from (or very close to) your chalet or hotel. See the map of meeting points at the back of this guide.The pick up time is detailed on your Activities Planner, or given to you at the Welcome meeting. The drive is 25 to 30 mins to ‘Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval’.
Tignes: Transport will depart from outside the hotel at the time detailed on your Activities Planner or given at the Welcome meeting.The drive is about 30 mins.
